Job summary

Invited Clubs in Colorado is seeking a Beverage Manager to lead our beverage program, oversee inventory, and ensure exceptional service across private clubs and events. You will partner with the Executive Chef and F&B Director to craft wine, beer, and cocktail offerings that delight members and guests.

The role requires a college degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts, at least 3 years of leadership in a club or hospitality setting, and 2+ years of wine-industry experience with

Qualifications

• A college degree in the Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management.
• A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role such as Lead Server, Supervisor, Captain, or similar in a club, restaurant, or hospitality establishment.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the wine industry.
• Level 1 Sommelier Certificate (CMS1) or higher.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and certification renewal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management of wine, beer, liquor, and non-alcoholic beverages with proper rotation and ordering.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B Director on menu development and wine pairings.
• Create imaginative cocktail, beer, and wine menus focused on seasonal ingredients.
• Train staff in beverage techniques, recipes, and safety procedures.
• Ensure safety and sanitation compliance for beverage storage and service.
• Manage staff scheduling and participate in performance reviews with F&B leadership.
