Lettuce is looking for a Restaurant Beverage Manager to assist the Sr. Bar Manager/Sommelier on the cocktail, beer, and wine program and to lead daily operations across sites such as Aba Austin.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage beverage inventories, cost-outs and pricing updates; oversee beer, liquor and wine vendor relationships.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and oversee opening/closing shifts; ensure exceptional guest and employee experience.
• Provide guidance to hourly and management teams; respond to guest and employee needs and feedback.
• Assist GM in managing costs, driving sales and growing the business.
