Responsibilities

• Manage beverage inventories, costs, pricing updates, and vendor relationships.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and supervise daily opening and closing shifts.
• Provide guidance to hourly and management teams and foster a culture of caring.
• Assist in achieving cost controls, sales growth, and financial goals.
• Interview, hire, onboard, train and develop BOH staff as needed.
