In this role, you will provide excellent service to our guests by greeting them and responding to inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner. You will mix and garnish beverages according to standards, check guests for proper identification, and serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with laws and regulations. You will accurately process payments using the point-of-sale system, handle money, and manage credit and debit card transactions, including making change and processing gift certificates, cards, and vouchers. You will stock and maintain the bar with beer, wine, spirits, paper products, condiments, glassware, ice, and produce. Additionally, you will ensure the quality and safety of beverage-related perishables, monitor cleanliness and sanitation of the service bar and stations, and perform other duties as needed.
Basic reading, writing, and math skills are required, with some laundry experience preferred. You may be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays. The physical demands include regularly lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, standing and moving about the work area, handling objects and equipment, bending, stooping, kneeling, and working in areas of high temperatures around heavy equipment.
High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. One to three months of related experience and/or training is preferred.
