Maxime’s is a private members club on the Upper East Side in Manhattan. We’re seeking a talented Barista to join our world-class hospitality brigade.

Reporting to the Bar Manager, you will work closely with Servers and Captains to deliver personalized service with a focus on quality and detail. You’ll craft exceptional coffees and beverages, remember members’ preferences, and contribute to a refined, welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Proven Barista experience in fine dining or luxury hotels.
• Strong knowledge of espresso equipment and dialing in.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication and multitasking.
• Ability to craft high-quality coffees, teas and beverages.

Maxime’s is a private member’s club by entrepreneur Robin Birley, located on the Upper East Side in Manhattan, New York City.

We are seeking a talentedBaristato join our world- class hospitality brigade. Reporting to our Bar Manager, the Barista will work closely with the Servers/Captains and other front-of-house team members to createpersonalized service with a focus on quality and detail. What we’re looking for:

• Proven success as a Barista within fine dining, Michelin-star establishments, or luxury hotel settings.
• Strong knowledge of espresso equipment and dialing in.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to craft high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other specialty beverages, ensuring consistency and precision in every cup.
• Ability to provide personalized, attentive service to members, remembering their preferences, and creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
• Thrives in high- end environments, consistently upholding superior service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
