Position Overview

We are currently hiring a Restaurant Bar Manager. In this role, you will oversee restaurant operations, drive sales and profitability, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through excellent service and standards. You will provide leadership, training, and coaching to team members, upholding O'Charley's standards, policies, and our core values of Respect, Excellence, Communication, Inclusion, Performance, and Ethics.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of restaurant bar management experience
• Full service bar experience
• Proven ability to achieve results and develop a successful team
• Knowledge of operational procedures and shift responsibilities
• Experience managing and training hourly staff
