Job Description

1. Curate the entertainment program for Speakeasy and other F&B outlets.
2. Lead and manage the Speakeasy Bar as a destination, ensuring the development of the brand and adherence to the original concept, service standards, and procedures.
3. Achieve optimal financial performance and operational targets for the Speakeasy Bar by fostering a positive culture, setting clear expectations, and implementing policies and procedures.
4. Train and lead the team in all departmental aspects, ensuring service standards are maintained.
5. Promote the growth and development of internal talent.
6. Manage the restaurant's social media accounts in collaboration with the Director of Sales & Marketing and the Public Relations Manager, in accordance with marketing standards (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).

Qualifications

1. A minimum of 3 years of food and beverage and/or management experience.
2. College degree, preferably in hotel and restaurant management.
3. Knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labor controls, human relations, maintenance, and merchandising.
