AGENCIA OCEAN is seeking an entry-level Restaurant Attendant to support Team Dining, Room Service and Bistro outlets aboard our ships. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality hospitality and dining experiences to crew and guests, with training to progress into higher service roles.

Contract lengths range around 6-8 months, with benefits including meals and cabin accommodations. English proficiency and basic health/sanitation knowledge are required to ensure safe, compliant service.

Qualifications

• At least one year of restaurant service experience.
• Basic knowledge of public health and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to organize and complete work as per deadlines.
• Knowledge of breakfast, lunch, international food, wine and basic beverage knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service in Team Dining rooms onboard, creating comfortable dining experiences.
• Provide seamless service with high hospitality standards in Team Dining.
• Deliver in-room dining service with timely order delivery and hospitality excellence.
• Assist Bistro outlets including Lido Marketplace with guest service and operations training.

TEAM DINING
he Assistant Server Team Dining plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to team members in the Team Dining Rooms onboard the ship. This position focuses exclusively on creating comfortable dining experiences within the team dining venues, ensuring seamless service and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

ROOM SERVICE

The Assistant Server (AS) plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional in-room dining service to guests throughout the ship. This position focuses exclusively on providing seamless room service experience, ensuring timely order delivery and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality directly to guest rooms. This entry-level position within the F&B department is designed to progress into the Assistant Team Server (ATS) position through comprehensive training and experience in room service operations.

BISTRO
The Assistant Server (AS) plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to guests at Bistro outlets onboard. This position focuses exclusively on creating memorable dining experiences within venues including Lido Marketplace and support outlets, ensuring seamless service and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. This entry-level position within the F&B department is designed to progress into the Assistant Team Server (ATS) position through comprehensive training and experience in alternative dining operations.

Requisitos

• At least one year of restaurant service experience
• Basic knowledge of Public Health and Sanitation regulations and procedures
• Ability to organize and complete work as per deadlines
• Knowledge of breakfast, lunch, international food, wine and basic knowledge of beverage products and cocktails.
• Command of the English language, both verbal and writte
