Cracker Barrel in the United States is seeking a Restaurant Associate Manager to blend people leadership with hands-on store operations. You’ll drive guest and employee experiences while delivering solid business results, managing both front- and back-of-house responsibilities with support from home office.

You’ll lead by example, support growth and development for your team, and help sustain Cracker Barrel’s warm hospitality across shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts).
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed.
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be fluent in English.
