Job summary

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store is seeking a Restaurant Associate Manager to blend people leadership with restaurant operations, delivering exceptional guest and employee experiences while driving business results. With home office support available 24/7, you’ll have the tools to succeed and contribute to a warm, hospitable team.

Expect to manage front- and back-of-house duties, lead a team, and uphold Cracker Barrel’s renowned hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts).
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed.
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities.
• Act as a people leader to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences.
