Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Associate Manager to blend people skills with restaurant operations, delivering outstanding guest and employee experiences while driving business results.

You will lead store operations from front to back, supported by home office on a 24/7 basis, and you will mentor team members to uphold Cracker Barrel’s warmth and hospitality. This role requires 2+ years of management, a 50-hour week, willingness to work holidays and weekends, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts).
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed.
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be fluent in English.
