Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer service and food products following standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen.
• Assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities.
• Supervise team members, ensure shift responsibilities are completed, and maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2+ years of previous restaurant Shift Manager experience and successful completion of Fourteen Foods certified training program.
• Valid driver’s license, ability to pass background check, and possession of Food Handlers Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location, with fluency in English being essential for certain positions.
