Marco’s Pizza in Green Bay, WI is seeking an Assistant Manager who will lead a team to deliver great food and service while driving sales and controlling costs. You will coach staff, monitor operations, and ensure standards of quality, cleanliness and speed.

You will assist the store manager with scheduling, training, and daily reporting, while promoting a positive culture and providing a world-class guest experience. This is a fast-paced role with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year restaurant experience and/or management experience.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities
