Golden Corral is seeking energetic individuals for an entry-level, hourly management role. You will be cross-trained in all restaurant skill positions and gain knowledge of ordering, receiving, storage, and menu planning while working alongside General and Associate Managers.

You will complete a one-year certification program designed to teach in-store management skills and have opportunities for upward mobility within the company.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in food service, preferably in a management capacity.
• Education and training associated with completion of a high school diploma and college coursework in hospitality or business is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train in all restaurant skill positions within the team.
• Learn and support ordering, receiving, storage, and menu planning tasks.
• Work closely with General and Associate Managers and complete the one-year certification program.
