The position supports restaurant operations, food quality, and team management. The candidate should be 18+ with preferred restaurant management experience, especially in quick service, and must be available weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred 2 years of restaurant management experience, especially in quick service.
• Strong leadership, time management, and team player attitude.
• Open availability including weekends, holidays, and willingness to work 10-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a talented team to deliver exceptional customer service with a smile
• Manage daily restaurant operations including food quality and labor
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and cleanliness
• Complete an 8-12 week paid training program including ServSafe Certification and management skills
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
