Job summary

Panda Express is seeking seasoned leaders to join our store management team in Texas. As an Assistant Manager, you will help run a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial and guest experience goals.

We offer a 3+ week leadership training program and mentorship through Panda's supportive community to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Support the store leadership training program (3+ weeks).
