Job summary

Panda Express invites experienced leaders to join our store management team in Texas. As an Assistant Manager you will help run a single Panda Express location, hire and guide team members, and work toward financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles from home.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store under store management.
• Hire, train, and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver guest satisfaction.
• Participate in the three+ weeks of store leadership training program.
• Contribute to safety, quality, and efficiency in daily operations.
