Panda Express is seeking talented individuals to join our store management team in Texas. As an Assistant Manager, you will assist in running a single store, hire and guide associates, and help achieve financial targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will participate in a 3+ weeks leadership training program designed to prepare you for ongoing success within Panda Restaurant Group, Inc.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in and complete the store leadership training program (3+ weeks).
