Panda Express in Texas is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations, including hiring, supervising of associates, and driving guest satisfaction. You will participate in a multi-week Store Management Leadership Training program designed to prepare you for success within our Panda family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
