You will deliver operational excellence to drive sales and profitability, assist with budgeting and promotions, and ensure quality food safety standards while maintaining a positive, fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Assistant Manager or Shift Leader experience in Restaurant/Fast Casual and/or Catering, Hospitality.
• 21 years of age.
• Knowledge of proper food safety and handling standards/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the General Manager in hiring, training, and developing a high energy team of Shift Leaders and Team Members.
• Exhibiting solid leadership by building an amazing culture and providing meaningful feedback.
• Delivering operational excellence in order to build sales and profitability.
• Assisting the General Manager in executing marketing campaigns and the roll out of promotions and new menu items.
• Effectively delegating responsibility and ensuring accountability.
• Open availability to support all hours of business operations.
• Modeling excellent guest service skills and managing guest requests and concerns.
