Minimum Qualifications:

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Work a minimum of 44-47 hours a week
• Open and available schedule
• Minimum 2 years management experience in restaurant industry
• Effectively and enthusiastically leads the restaurant during a shift to ensure that amazing restaurant operations are consistently achieved
• Lead each shift by delegating duties, assigning specific tasks and ensuring team members are prepared for each day
• Assist the Store Leader and Team Members in cultivating a culture of success and caring where we make things better everyday
• Responsible for the coaching, training and development of team members
• Contributes to a team environment by recognizing and reinforcing individual and team accomplishments and is able to hold team and themselves accountable while providing positive feedback
• Follow inventory control procedures and guidelines
• Follow Pieology’s operational policy and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security, to ensure the safety of all team members and guests during each shift
