Pizza Hut is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager (ARGM) in North Providence, RI. You will support the Restaurant General Manager, coach shift leaders, and drive daily operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, and building a bench of managers, maintaining service standards, and ensuring health, safety, and brand compliance across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer service and leadership experience preferred.
• Coaching and performance management abilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Assist RGM with hiring, training, and building a bench of key holding managers and team members.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and promote positive restaurant culture.
• Enforce Pizza Hut service principles: Deliver it Fast, Make Food We are Proud to Service, Service with a Smile.
• Oversee store inventory, forecasting, and scheduling processes on shifts.
• Develop a store team with high customer satisfaction and ensure brand standards and safety.
