Pizza Hut in Easley, SC is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager (ARGM) to lead shift teams and coach the store staff. You will drive daily operations, coach leaders, and ensure adherence to Pizza Hut standards while fostering a positive work culture and exceptional customer service.

You will assist the RGM with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management, using provided Pizza Hut tools to execute training materials and store initiatives.

Qualifications

• Serv Safe Certified is required.
• Experience leading shifts or teams is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Driver's license is preferred for this role.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager with hiring, training, and building a bench of leaders and team members.
• Maintain and promote a positive restaurant culture and employee experience.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met.
• Enforce Pizza Hut service principles and brand standards.
• Oversee store inventory, forecasting, and scheduling processes.
• Develop a store team with high customer satisfaction results.
• Compliance with health, safety, and brand standards on all shifts.
