Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in casual restaurant operations.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Proficient with POS systems and cash handling.
• Certified in state alcohol and food safety requirements preferred.
• Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills.

• As Assistant Manager, assist Restaurant Manager to run daily operations and drive profitability.
• Ensure quality customer service and staff development.
