Qualifications

• 1 year experience in Casual Restaurant industry required.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Proficiency in POS systems.
• Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in operating the restaurant profitably within established practices and procedures of Company Operations.
• Responsible for cost control, customer service, restaurant and employee appearance, building sales and profits, and employee development.
