Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Little Falls, NJ to support the RGM in daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and maintain Taco Bell standards. You will lead shifts, ensure food safety, and manage team performance in a fast paced setting.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, and analyzing financials to meet targets. This role offers growth within a growing franchise with strong operational support and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the restaurant industry.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and shifts.
• Team Management and Development: Supervise and train crew and shift managers; provide coaching.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional service and uphold brand standards.
• Financial Management: Monitor sales, expenses, and labor costs; analyze reports to improve profitability.
• Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure proper storage and rotation of products.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance and conduct audits.
• Communication and Collaboration: Coordinate with manager, staff, and headquarters on updates and metrics.
