Job summary

Taco John's of Iowa is seeking an Assistant Manager/Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager and lead the restaurant in their absence. The role may require travel to other Taco John's locations and a personal vehicle is necessary.

Starting pay is experience-based, with potential to earn up to $300 more per month through performance bonuses. We offer health and dental insurance, retirement, vacation, discounted meals, and free uniforms.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience preferred.
• QSR experience a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and build a great team.
• Must be reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Helps with the daily operations of restaurant
