Job summary

Taco John's of Iowa is looking for an Assistant Manager/Restaurant Manager to support the GM and run the restaurant in their absence. This role may travel to other locations and requires reliable transportation.

Starting pay is experience-based, with a potential monthly performance bonus. You will lead daily restaurant operations, hire and train staff, oversee front and back of house, ensure food quality, control costs, and uphold guest service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Helps with the daily operations of restaurant.
• Aids in the hiring and training a great team.
• Manages all areas in front and back of house.
• Ensures food quality.
• Manages food and labor costs.
• Guarantees the team provides great Customer Service.
