Taco John's of Iowa is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager/Restaurant Manager to join our team in Des Moines, IA. The Assistant Manager provides support to the General Manager and ensures quality across food, service, and sanitation, while helping lead a busy crew.

Responsibilities include training staff, maintaining a clean, organized, and inventoried restaurant, monitoring food temperatures, and delivering excellent customer service to drive repeat business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a Restaurant Manager position is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities
