Job summary

Taco John's of Iowa is seeking an Assistant Manager/Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager and run the restaurant in their absence. You may travel to other locations; a personal vehicle is required. Starting pay depends on experience, with potential monthly performance bonuses up to $300.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 2 years' restaurant management experience preferred.
QSR experience a plus.
Demonstrated ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and build a great team.
Must be reliable and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Helps with the daily operations of restaurant.
Aids in the hiring and training a great team.
Manages all areas in front and back of house.
Ensures food quality.
Manages food and labor costs.
Guarantees the team provides great Customer Service.
Maintains exceptional cleanliness of the restaurant, inside and out.
