Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group owns Marco's Pizza locations and is seeking an energetic manager for the Fort Worth store to lead daily operations and supervise up to 20 team members, upholding the brand's guest-first standards.

You will drive staffing, training, inventory management, and scheduling while collaborating with the management team to control costs and deliver a premier guest experience at the restaurant.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant experience and/or management experience.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership and reinforce company values.
• Create an environment that attracts, retains and develops staff.
• Assist with scheduling, performance feedback, and communication.
