Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group owns Marco's Pizza locations and is seeking an energetic manager for the Fort Worth store to lead daily operations and supervise up to 20 team members, upholding the brand's guest-first standards.

You will drive staffing, training, inventory management, and scheduling while collaborating with the management team to control costs and deliver a premier guest experience at the restaurant.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant experience and/or management experience.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.

• Assist with marketing events and promotions to increase store sales.
• Accountable for weekly KPIs and plan to achieve goals
• Ensure the store and exterior of the property are maintained.
• Ensure proper security and verification procedures are met when handling deposits and the contents of the safe.
• Manage P&L line items to reduce waste and ensure profitability of the store.

Requirements:

• 1 year of restaurant experience and/or management experience, preferred
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members
