Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and supervise the team in their absence.
• Lead and coach Restaurant Team Members and partner with the management team to maintain brand standards.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a fast and friendly manner.
• Assign shift duties and verify completion; monitor cash, sales, and inventory records for the shift.
• Ensure food safety, product quality, and regulatory compliance at all times.
• Complete end-of-shift and end-of-day paperwork and counts; report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Support the RM with administrative duties when the RM is unavailable.
• Maintain a safe environment for team members and guests following all safety codes.
