Circle K Store in Monroeville, PA is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, coach team members, and uphold brand standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

This full-time role requires flexible shifts (days, evenings, overnights and weekends), a valid driver's license, strong communication, and the ability to manage cash, inventory, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties
• Assigns shift duties to team members and follows up to ensure completion
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with Brand, Company, and health department regulations
• Coaches team members to follow guidelines for food preparation and production management
• Cascades relevant information to team members and assists with new product training
• Responsible for placing campaign materials upon request
• Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
• Monitors and ensures accuracy of all cash, sales, and inventory control records for the duration of the shift
• Completes end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts as required
• Communicates any discrepancies to immediate supervisor
• In absence of the RM, the RAM completes daily, weekly and end of period paperwork, inventory counts, cash counts, truck orders, and other administrative duties as required
• Guarantees a safe environment for team members and guests by following all government laws and safety codes
• Completes reports on all incidents following our 5-minute rule policy
• Partners with the RM and takes ownership to ensure all financial and operational metrics are met, resulting in a profitable restaurant
