Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring smooth performance.
• Welcomes new team members and provides training to perform their jobs.
• Ensures ongoing training, coaching, and development of team members.
• Runs shifts, overseeing staff performance, guest experience, and daily execution.
• Manages scheduling, inventory, and cost controls to meet QSC targets.
• Maintains cleanliness, safety, and compliance with Popeyes standards.
