Job summary

Flynn Group seeks an Applebee's Assistant Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and lead a high-performing team. You will supervise service, inventory, sanitation, and compliance, while developing staff through training and evaluations.

Flexibility to work varied shifts and participate in the Management Development Program is required. Compensation includes hourly wages with bonus opportunities, benefits, and a structure that rewards performance.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years restaurant management experience.
• Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol Certifications also a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely, friendly service according to company guidelines.
• Cultivates a culture based on Flynn Applebee's core values.
• Responds promptly to verbal guest complaints and rectify.
• Schedules employees to meet sales demands.
• Maintains inventory and sanitation standards.
• Assists in recruitment, training and evaluations of staff.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and cost controls.
