Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years restaurant management experience.
• Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol Certifications also a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and scheduling effectively.
• Commitment to brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely, friendly service according to company guidelines and unit objectives.
• Maintains departmental inventory levels and cost controls.
• Schedules employees to meet sales demands and maintain service quality.
• Promotes cleanliness, sanitation, and safe work practices.
