Isaac's Restaurants in Lancaster, PA is seeking an Assistant Manager to share responsibility for customer happiness, quality of service, employee morale, and the smooth operation of the restaurant with the General Manager.

You'll assist with hiring, scheduling, training, motivation and supervision, while ensuring health and safety regulations are followed and financial health of the location is monitored.

Qualifications

• High school degree required; previous management experience helpful.
• Minimum of two years restaurant management experience.
• Must be able to speak/read/write the primary language of the work location; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and staff with the General Manager.
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, training and motivation of personnel.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and quality of service maintained.
• Review daily/weekly reports and monitor budgets and costs.
