Wild Wing Cafe in Columbus, GA is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to join our team. You’ll work with the General Manager to keep the restaurant running smoothly, build a strong team, deliver an awesome guest experience, and ensure we live up to our brand of food, fun, and hospitality.

You should have at least three years in restaurant management or supervision, strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting the General Manager with day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Leading, motivating, and developing team members.
• Creating a fun, welcoming environment for guests and employees.
• Ensuring excellent food quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Helping recruit, train, coach, and retain great team members.
• Managing shifts and making sure the restaurant is properly staffed.
• Monitoring labor, food costs, inventory, and other operational goals.
• Ensuring company policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed.
• Handling guest concerns and finding solutions that keep guests coming back.
• Supporting opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily restaurant administration.
• Leading by example and jumping in wherever the team needs you.
