Job summary

Subway is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a small team, ensure guest satisfaction, maintain food quality, and uphold safety and cleanliness across the restaurant.

You will supervise 4–12 staff, assist in planning events and promotions, coordinate staff training, and help with ordering and inventory to keep operations smooth. Roles include Full Time/Part Time shifts varying by location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a staff of 4–12 including assigning and evaluating work.
• Assist in planning events and promotions in-restaurant, coordinating any training needed for events.
• Assist with product ordering and inventory as needed.
