Flynn Arby’s in Garden City, KS is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest service. As part of a world-class hospitality team, you will work closely with the General Manager to drive performance and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in food/hospitality, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of food safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar food/hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
