Love's Travel Stops in Kentucky is seeking an experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and drive sales while maintaining safety and quality standards.

In this role you will partner with the Restaurant Manager, manage schedules, oversee inventory and P&L elements, and contribute to a high-energy service culture that rewards teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years restaurant management experience.
• 1+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1+ million.
• Ability to work various shift times including days, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check (motor vehicle check and/or DOT Physical may be required).

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility with proper food safety procedures.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory, and food prep.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Prepare and package customer orders in a timely manner to maximize customer service results.
• Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities and implement changes.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager on talent acquisition.
