Qualifications

• 1+ years restaurant management experience.
• 1+ years managing operations with annual sales over $1M.
• 1+ years supervising 5-10+ employees.
• Ability to complete pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility with proper food safety procedures.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and prep.
• Assist Restaurant Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Work with team to prepare and package orders to meet customer service expectations.
• Understand financial reporting and impact profitability.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager on talent acquisition.
