Job summary

Bally's Corporation in Delaware seeks a Retail/Restaurant Supervisor to oversee shift operations, staff scheduling, and guest relations. You will manage budgets, ensure safety and cleanliness, and coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams.

The role requires supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant, MS Office proficiency, and ABC certification. Weekend, holiday, and night availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years supervisory experience in large, high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Must possess computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to solve problems and deal with various situations.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays and nights as scheduled.
• Must pass a background check and obtain a DE Lottery license.
• ABC certification before starting work.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor budget, supervise staff, schedule, guest relations, cleanliness, and opening/closing procedures.
• Open and close shift according to proper procedures.
• Solicit guest feedback and engage guests during service.
• Execute revenue and check control procedures on shift.
• Manage daily employee relations and scheduling adjustments.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment for all associates and guests.
• Ensure operations of service stations, POS terminals, bars, and retail areas.
• Coach, train, and evaluate subordinates; enforce safety rules and laws.
• Communicate effectively within department and company; uphold recycling program standards.
