Qualifications

• Previous restaurant supervisory/management experience.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish).

• Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations.
• Supervise, train, coach, and motivate staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and dining experience.
• Address customer questions and complaints professionally.
• Monitor food quality, portions, presentation, and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, cash handling and security.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering/receiving supplies.
• Help control food and labor costs and waste.
• Prepare or assist with staff scheduling and staffing levels.
• Maintain a clean, safe restaurant environment.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and appearance standards.
• Support cash register operations and daily financials.
• Communicate issues to General Manager.
• Assist with promotions and operational initiatives.
• Lead by example during busy periods.
