Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 3 years of experience in QSR as Team Member or Assistant Manager.
• Understanding of P&L interpretation and profitability.
• Demonstrated leadership and guest service principles.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage flow of food service activity and assign tasks on shift.
• Oversee cash control and security procedures.
• Train crew under management direction.
• Direct team toward efficient and accurate product prep and delivery.
• Perform duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary.
