Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee in Cottage Grove, Minnesota, is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily operations and deliver friendly, high‑quality service with great food. You will work with the District Manager and team to uphold standards in a busy setting.

The ideal candidate brings leadership in a fast-paced restaurant, a can-do attitude, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. Training and development are provided to help you grow into management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service preferred).
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays (Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas).
• Valid Driver's License in good standing - access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent - possess all documents required by state and federal law.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and cost awareness.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and team relations.
• Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
