Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Milaca, MN to support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and lead the team in their absence. You will coach team members, maintain standards, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding health and safety regulations.

This full-time role requires availability across all hours, a valid state driver’s license, and strong communication. Compensation aligns with industry ranges for retail/food service.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with Brand, Company, and health dept. regulations
• Monitors and ensures accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory control records; completes end of shift paperwork
• In RM’s absence, completes daily, weekly, and end-of-period paperwork and counts
• Guarantees a safe environment by following laws and safety codes
• Partners with RM to ensure financial and operational metrics are met
