Circle K Store is looking for an Assistant Manager in Aitkin, MN, to help oversee store operations, hire and lead staff, and ensure fast, friendly service. The role includes managing bookkeeping, merchandising, and maintaining high standards.

You will work evenings in a full-time capacity, with paid training and opportunities for growth. Ideal candidates have retail or supervisory experience, are able to recruit and interview staff, and have a basic understanding of food handling.

Qualifications

• Retail experience expected.
• Supervisor or management experience preferred.
• Recruiting/interviewing skills beneficial.
• Experience handling food preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising staff, bookkeeping and merchandising.
• Maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly service to customers; ensure regular onsite attendance.
• Oversee daily tasks and contribute to accurate cash handling and store operations.
