Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Milaca, MN to support daily restaurant operations and supervise the team in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. You will lead, coach, and train team members to uphold brand standards, food safety, and customer service excellence.

This full-time role requires flexibility across days, evenings, overnights, and weekends, with opportunities to contribute to shift planning, training, and inventory control while delivering a positive guest

Qualifications

• Availability during all hours of operation including pre-opening and post-closing
• Valid state Driver’s License required

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast, friendly manner and coaches team
• Conducts interviews for team members and shift leads
• Maintains clean restaurant environment and assigns shift duties
• Directs team to meet brand, company, and health standards
• Trains new product knowledge and shares information with team
• Ensures safety, quality, and operational standards are met
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory records and completes end-of-shift paperwork
• Supports RM in daily, weekly, and period-end tasks when needed
• Guards safety and follows all laws and policies
• Partners with RM to achieve financial and operational metrics
